Faviken Gets the Book Treatment

Phaidon books has released a trailer for Fäviken, a food book showcasing the hyper-local philosophy of this Swedish restaurant 400 miles south of Stockholm. Written by head chef Magnus Nilsson, the book provides insight into the 12-seat restaurant ranked number 34 on San Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
