The Food and Wine Festival in Aspen, June 17th-19th is one of my favorite events of the year. Besides the fact that is in one of the most beautiful cities in the United States, it also always feels like a kick-off to summer. This year I’m doing a demo all about fish entitled “One Fish, Two Fish, Swedish Fish,” and I’m also involved with an exciting mentorship panel with Andrew Zimmern. Check out the full schedule here.

The Aspen Food & Wine Classic offers up a weekend packed with cooking demos, wine seminars, panel discussions and tastings, hosted by celebrity chefs and wine experts. Marcus will be hosting a cooking demo on Friday showing how to make the most of your chicken, and will participate in a panel about food memories alongside Jacques Pépin and Jonathan Waxman and curated by Food & Wine editor in chief Dana Cowin.
