Come see Culinary Demonstrations presented by Macy’s on the Sub-Zero Wolf Stage! Learn tricks of the trade, new cooking techniques, how to make a new (soon to be) favorite dish and more fun with our talented chefs! Marcus Samuelsson will be leading a demonstration at 1 pm along with Chef Aarón Sánchez and Marjorie Eliot. Other demonstration leaders include Alex Guarnaschelli, Ludo Lefebvre, Scott Conant and Marvin Woods, in addition to others.

This very accomplished crew has playing credits that range from Whitney Houston, Toshi Reagon, DJ Logic, Gary Lucas, Jay Z, TV On The Radio, Tamar Kali, Phish, William Parker, Lizz Wright, The Holmes Brothers, Wadada Leo Smith, David Murray and Joseph Bowie.
