Join Marcus and 38 top New York chefs in an annual tasting to benefit the Careers through Culinary Arts Program. This year’s tasting honors Chef Michael White of the Altamarea Group, which includes restaurants such as Marea and Osteria Morini. C-CAP aims to provide career opportunities for underserved students in the food-service industry.
