Join Fred Ho and Marcus for Chinese New Year

Join Ginny’s Supper Club in a special Chinese New Year with a celebration of the larger than life Fred Ho, famed for his fusion of Asian and Blues music and named the “Greatest Baritone Saxophonist Ever” (The New Yorker). As Ho prepares to retire, a series of final and farewell events will be held in 2013. This special performance will feature Fred Ho leading his extraordinary 18-piece Green Monster Big Band and will present world premieres of new work composed by Ho including “Rompin’, Rumpin’ and Roastin’ at the Red Rooster(Afro Asia Fantasia #1).

Come usher in the Chinese New Year with a one-of-a-kind show, complete with a special Chinese menu prepared by chef Marcus Samuelsson.

Tickets are $25, sets are at 8pm and 10:30pm.
