July 26, a dinner to celebrate the release of Yes, Chef will take place at 7 p.m. at Michael’s Genuine in Miami. Tickets for the event are still available for purchase here! $150 per person, including appetizers, a four course meal with wine pairings, and a signed copy of the memoir. Inspired by Yes, Chef, the menu was specially designed by chefs Michael Schwartz, Bradley Herron, and Hedy Goldsmith. The courses, in order, will be: wood roasted eggplant with chickpeas, heirloom tomato, raisins, yogurt; local fish with coconut milk and rice; berbere braised beef with flatbread; wood roasted peaches with honey, and rice milk custard with curried wafers and pickled rhubarb.
