Anthony Bourdain and Albert Maysles

Emmy award-winning food explorer Anthony Bourdain joins legendary documentarian Albert Maysles for conversation on Wednesday, December 11. Hosted by Marcus and moderated by writer Michaela Angela Davis, the night promises clips from Albert Maysles’s extensive oeuvre—which includes classics such  as SalesmanGimme Shelter, and Grey Gardens—as well as a new director’s cut of Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown: Tokyo.

Proceeds for this event will benefit the Maysles Documentary Center. This Harlem-based not-for-profit organization promotes the production and exhibition of documentary films that engage communities and produce dialogue within them.

Tickets to the event only are available online for $65.00, or a minimum donation of $125.00 will snag you a spot at a VIP cocktail reception with Marcus, Albert Maysles, and Anthony Bourdain, as well as preferred seating at the talk.
