For their 4th Annual C-CAP fundraiser, Richard and Susan Grausman hosted the best and brightest up-and-coming chefs for a evening of tastes and tipples at Ginny’s Supper Club. It was a festive and spirited night with guests enjoying bites prepared by some of C-CAP’s most talented who are working in the best restaurants in NYC.
From midtown’s Benoit to uptown’s Bar Boulud, graduating student chefs showcased their talent in an array of dishes, which included pulled pork in cones, smoked fish rillettes on toasted baguette, pomme caramel confit, and passion fruit scented dark chocolate truffles. Themed drinks and a lively jazz band completed the mood and it was great to see friendly faces of chefs who have done stages at Red Rooster.
