Our Global Kitchen: Marcus Speaking on AMNH Panel

On Thursday, January 10th, Marcus will be speaking on a panel at the American Museum of Natural History on the topic “How to Feed a Growing Planet.” Joining author Raj Patel (Stuffed and Starved) and geneticist Molly Jahn, the trio (moderated by NBC Chief Science and Health Correspondent Robert Bazell) will speak on the issues of food security vs. hunger, highlight the breakthroughs and perils of cutting-edge technology in the food space, and how what we eat affects the planet.
