Is Sugar Bad for You?

Robert Lustig and Gary Taubes think so. In Mr. Taubes’ Sunday article in The New York Times magazine says that not only is excess consumption of sugar causing obesity and diabetes, it is toxic.

The article posits some scary facts about sugar, but what is most important is how you manage your sugar intake. Right now we are eating way too much sugar, whether it is toxic or not.
