Like we do with all special occasions, we’re kicking off crayfish season at Red Rooster with a bang. Join us tonight, August 15, 2011 in Harlem for our “Krawfish + Kraftor Party” where we feature an incredible 4-course prix fixe menu that highlights the brilliance of crayfish.
The $60 4-course menu includes:
- Peel & Eat Crayfish
- Chilled Yellow Tomato Soup with Crayfish & Coconut
- Blackened Catfish with Crayfish & Lemon-Dill Slaw
- And our famous Summer Shortcake
But that’s not all folks! The prix fixe meal also comes with a shot of our house-infused aquavit and Radeberger Beer.
Wait, wait…there’s more. If crayfish, and only crayfish, is on your mind- Red Rooster guests also have the option of just ordering Peel & Eat Crayfish as a single menu item. The price is $25 for 1-pound of Peel & Eat Crayfish and other fixins’ like Dill Roasted Potatoes, Corn and Cornbread. And you guessed it; this option is also served with aquavit and beer.
To pop off the party, Paper Magazine co-founder Kim Hastreiter will be spinning in our Nook that night. Crayfish galore and a live DJ- now that’s what we call a party!
