I’m honored to have been featured in Travel+Leisure’s September issue where they accompanied me on a short trip to Sweden and interviewed me about my homelands and even my Harlem restaurant, Red Rooster.Â
During the interview, I reminisced with Adam Sachs about growing up in Sweden, moving from the fine dining scene at Aquavit to my new Afro-Swedish comfort food restaurant, Red Rooster in Harlem. We even spoke about my new upcoming restaurant, Norda Grill and Post Bar, opening in Goteborg, Sweden early next year.
