My Sunday Routine in the New York Times

By admin | June 27, 2011

Sundays are very busy at Red Rooster

It was really exciting to be featured in the Sunday Routine column this weekend. Sundays are a sacred day, and although I’m frequently working on the wekeends, it’s nice to be able to spend time playing soccer, spending time with my wife Maya, and getting to catch up on the phone with my Mom.

Sundays usually start with papers, ginger juice, and croissants, and end with a nice dinner at August or grilling out on the patio. It’s nice to have a day of fun and relaxation to get ready for the week ahead, although I’m often cooking at the Rooster!

For the rest of my Sunday routine, check out the entire column here.
