Today, I have the pleasure of cooking for Outstanding in the Field, whose mission is to re-connect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers and food artisans who cultivate it. Today we will be cooking and dining at Queens Farm in Little Neck, NY starting at 3 p.m. Diners will get a chance to meet me and eat on a long family-style table, while also touring Queens Farm and meeting local farmers.

Check back tomorrow for photos from this great event and click here for more information about Outstanding in the Field.
