Perfect Lamb Dish for the Spring Holidays

With Easter, Passover and other spring festivities beginning this week, it’s definitely going to be a lot of time spent in the kitchen for many of us. I really like this time of the year because we’re finally thawing out from the winter and getting to see the sun a lot more (which means more soccer for me!) but I also know it means more time with friends and family.
