Scandinavian Cuisine on the Rise

Because of my Swedish background, I love hearing about Scandinavian ingredients’ rise in popularity. Earlier today, I was featured in the Wall Street Journal on my insight into this Nordic food boom and a look at some of my favorite Scandinavian ingredients. So when building your ethnic food pantry, consider using some Nordic ingredients to help spice up your everyday meals.
