Join me and fellow Top Chef Masters alum Tony Mantuano of Spiagga in Chicago at C-House (166 East Superior Street) on Monday, Septemner 27th at 6pm for a 4-course dinner, benefiting Friends of the Fisherman.
We’ll be showcasing some of our favorite home cooked dishes, inspired by our latest cookbooks (New American Table and Wine Bar Food). We’ll also have Goose Island Brewery in the house, serving some of their amazing craft beers.
Friends of the Fisherman is the officially endorsed fund of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board, created as a way to help Louisiana’s fishermen in their greatest time of need.
