Weekly Dish Recommendation: Scallops at Dada

This week I just have to commend Dada in Delray Beach, Florida on their perfectly executed scallops.  The welcoming restaurant is located in a suburban home only a few blocks from the Atlantic Avenue main strip.  Seating is scattered throughout the rooms of the house, as well as on the adorned patio.  The grilled scallop entree complimented the restaurant’s creative vibe with its sweet glaze, which mixed blood orange and port-wine.  The tangy sauce also infused flavor into the delicate accompanying jasmine rice.  A side of sugar snap peas completed the Asian-style meal.  The well-balanced dish was light and perfectly portioned, satisfying diners but still allowing them to confidently graze on the beach the following day.
