September 15th -October 15th is Hispanic Heritage Month, and to celebrate I’m featuring one of my favorite Latin-inspired desserts- Flan! Even though flan seems like a difficult recipe, everyone can prepare it successfully at home. I like how sumptuous this dessert tastes after a nice dinner.
