Mother’s Milk

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 4 cups alkaline water or coconut water
  • 3 cups soaked, raw Brazil nuts
  • essence of 1 organic vanilla bean , or 1 teaspoonorganic vanilla paste
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon organic Grade-B maple syrup, to taste

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Strain with a nut-milk bag or strainer.
3. Enjoy hot or cold!
