Cold days call for hot beverages, and my Spiked Hot Chocolate is a great way to start or end the day. For adults, I add a little rum to the rich chocolate mix. Beverages don’t get much better than this.

I like to serve this hot chocolate at brunch along with my honey roasted potatoes with fried eggs and bacon.
