I like holiday recipes that are easy but refined. This wonderful recipe combines crispy potato pancakes with a sophisticated tuna tartare. When you serve this to your holiday guests, they’ll swear it came right out of a restaurant. Although it sounds fancy, it’s super easy to prepare and will leave all who eat this dish highly impressed.
