Still wondering what you’re going to serve as a beverage for Thanksgiving? Well, just about every culture has its own version of spiced wine. In Sweden, we drink Glogg during the holidays, which is our version of warm mulled wine. On cold winter nights, there’s nothing better than sitting in front of the fireplace with a goblet of mulled wine. I love the wonderful spices like cinnamon, clove, and star anise, that go into my special recipe for fortified wine.
