Take a Couple of Nights Off – We Have the Soups for You

By Fanny Sturen | December 18, 2012

With another Thanksgiving in memory and Christmas soon to come, it’s easy to feel like the end of year is all about eating. Take a couple of nights off your regular pasta dinner and eat some heartwarming soup. I promise you will feel warm, light and full. Also, soups are easy and usually quick to make!

Here’s a sampling of our favorites:

Roasted Curried Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

Kale, Sausage, and Potato Soup

Roasted Acorn Squash and Corn Soup

Parsley Root Soup with Apples and Walnuts

And get a little bit of Italy with Toscana Soup

Or why don’t you try making Red Rooster’s own Peanut Soup?
