Proving there’s nothing we love more than some great fried chicken and some cold champagne, Red Rooster hosted a full capacity crowd Wednesday night for a fun and boisterous Chicken and Champagne event. An ode to the original Red Rooster’s tradition, it was a great showing of the community coming together under one roof, complete with a surprise cake for Marcus and a special Bonicella performance for the birthday boy. Thanks to Mario Rinaldi and the Paul Goerg team for their attempted sabre-ing of a magnum bottle of the bubbly. And in case you missed the Chicken and Waffles, Spicy Chicken Wings, Chicken Nuggets with B.B.Roo Sauce, and Chicken Liver Crostini, stay tuned for our next event which will be held sometime in February.
