We kicked off the New York Wine and Food Festival big last night at Red Rooster Harlem! We had, not one but two, guest chefs with us for our very first guest chef dinner in our newly renovated downstairs area, Chefs Andrea Reusing and Hedy Goldsmith. It was truly a pleasure cooking with them yesterday for the NYWFF Red Rooster Dinner, as it was to have the NYWFF makes its way uptown for the first time during the weekend’s festivites to help us spread the word of all the flavors found in Harlem.
