Check out my appearance on Stanley Tucci’s show, Vine Talk, which is airing tonight on at 8:30pm on PBS WLIW in New York. I really enjoyed getting to taste delicious wines with actors Patricia Clarkson, Warren Leight, and Michael Shannon and the show’s team of experts. We tasted wines from Bordeaux, a beautiful wine-producing region in Southwestern France, which is famous for it’s red wines.

It was great to be on ABC World News Tonight last friday to celebrate the National Archives new exhibition about American culinary preferences, including those of U.S. Presidents. I prepared President Lyndon Johnson’s Chili and a Ham Shortcake recipe from the 1946 School Lunch Act.
