Si Phan Don, Laos

Chefs Without Borders

On a Saturday afternoon in Si Phan Don, a collection of 4000 islands in the south of Laos, the guys from Without Borders stumble across a family butchering a cow outside their restaurant. As the family breaks down the cow into different cuts of meat, the Without Borders crew gets to try some fresh liver. Check out this unique street scene from Laos here.

If you’re interested in seeing more of Laos, watch how kids hand grate coconut in this other Without Borders video.
